The new branding and illustration style of Kalo is based on the concept of "Kalo Universe" – a place where no matter what planet you are from, everyone can freely cooperate with each other and work together happily. Kalo characters are a bunch of alien folks from all over the universe.
My Contributions:
Working with both marketing and product team. Created the end-to-end experience of the marketing website (b2b), Kalobest award micro site and landing pages. Designed all the needed marketing materials and online advertisements. Leading the rebranding project. Redefined the visual principle of the company including colors, illustration style and photo style. Visual designer for enterprise customer experience. Customized the look of the products for big clients. Worked with product designers, front-end engineers and product managers on projects from conceptual phase to final design.
